Hi. My 1099R Box 14 shows 2007.91 Box 16 0. Turbotax states box 16 can not be less than 14. Will not let me continue.

Enter the amount from box 1 in box 16 so that you can continue with the 1099-R section.  The amount in box 16 is not used on the state tax return.
