Hello all, quick question : If I have an LLC in Florida that did not do any business for the year, do I have to include it on my taxes? It is an active business but did not make any sales. Thanks!

what about expenses?  if incurred in 2019 they are not deductible on 2020 or any other year's return.

I had minor expenses, but not much (bought some cleaning supplies, etc). Not more than 200 if I remember correctly.

If this is a single member LLC that did not incorporate then you should continue to file the Sch C to report the annual expenses even if there is no income  until you close the business.  In FL you have at least the annual filing fee for the LLC you pay thru Sunbiz to report.
