Form K-3 filing and disclosure statement

For Tax year 2022, my K-3 will not be available until the end of June '23. I plan to paper file and then amend when I receive the K-3 form. I assume that I need to also file form 8275 (Disclosure Statement) to avoid penalties with my return. Is this correct?

No, Form 8275 is not appropriate for this situation.  I would suggest preparing your return without the K-3 to determine if you will owe additional taxes on your tax return then pay those taxes by April 18, 2023, and file Form 4868 to apply for an extension of time to file.  Once you receive your K-3, complete your return and file it.  If you owe any additional tax at that time, the penalty for late paying should be small.
