Form 8453-FE in TurboTax Business - Says "Do Not File"

I am filing a final estate tax return. TurboTax Business says there are no errors but when I try to e-file, it asks me to print, sign, and scan back in Form 8453-FE. But the form has watermarks that say "Do Not File" and "Return Not Final". Do I sign and attach anyway or is there some kind of error? I just updated TurboTax at the beginning of this session.

Anyone??? Your software is useless if it doesn't work and you can't explain how to fix it. Can I get a refund?

I have the same issue.  Intuit, when will you be updating TurboTax Business Windows with the finalized 8453-FE form?  We cannot file until that form is finalized.

I found the TurboTax Business form availability information here:

https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotaxbusiness_fed.html

It looks like (for TT Business Windows Fiduciary), Form 8453-FE (E), US Estate/Trust Income Tax Decl. & Sig. Fiscal will be available on Feb 7, 2025.

Yes, it looks like they changed the date. It was definitely 2/7 when I checked.

I checked again later yesterday and it says 2/14 is now the date.
