Form 1065. G check applicable boxes? What box to check?

Hello, I'm filling out the Form 1065 and on line G it asks to check applicable boxes.  In tax filing year 2016, we filed our "initial return", so that box was checked, but this tax filing year 2017, we simply reporting the annual business activity.  Which box would we check here?

If you filed your first return last year, then do not check the initial return (1) box.

If you're still in business, don't check the final return (2) box.

Unless you've had a name (3) or address (4) change, leave those boxes blank.

Unless you're amending (changing) a return that's already been filed, don't check the amended (5) box.

Leave the technical termination (6) blank, since you haven't opened or closed this year.
