First time in a decade having some problems with TurboTax. I can't figure out how to delete Schedule C (don't need it), and the program doesn't let me view returns.

I click on "view returns", another window opens saying "this may take a few minutes"...nothing happens

Sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files) because a full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax.  You can try these steps if you are using the online version:

 

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
