TurboTax has an error when it comes to NJ CBT-1065 form. It says it must be filed electronically but that's not consistant with the NJ Law. The instructions to 2016 NJ CBT-1065 state:
"NJ-1065 filers that do not use the services of a paid tax preparer and who have less than ten partners have the option to file by electronic means or on paper."
TurboTax should enable paper version of this form! TurboTax says alternatively one can file NJ-1080C but TurboTax doesn't support it so I'm being directed to fill it out manually. So, what did I just pay $55 for? It won't do NJ-1080C nor CBT-1065. It's useless for NJ.
