Filing in 7 states - 5 through e-file, 2 paper - How do I enter Taxes paid for my 2 paper filings on Home State Tax Return?

My home State is OH. I paid the $45 for each additional state (4 of them), becuase these states seemed a bit complicated (NewYork, California, Kentucky, and North Carolina) I did not pay for Illinois and Kansas and I plan to paper file these. When I look at my home state tax return for OH, form IT RC does not include the income and taxes paid to the states that I am paper filing and I cannot seem to get Turbo Tax to accept and retain my manual entries. It erases it everytime. How do I add these paper filings to my OH return? I really dont want to pay $45 x2 again plus filing fees for these 2 states. Thanks.
