Don't I need to include K1 information again this year? I haven't received the form from the bank.

Yes, if you haven't sold the partnership, then you will need to report the K-1.

K-1 forms are often late, because the partnership form must be filed first before the K-1s can be distributed. You should have your K-1 by the end of March.
