Do I need to file my business that is a sole proprietorship/ self-employed, if my business didn't do any, didnt sell any goods?

I make and sell bead jewelry, but didn't sell any the year 2018, so do I have to file my sole proprietorship/ self-employed business on my taxes this year?

No. There is no requirement to file a Schedule C if you have no income to report. Claiming expenses would be optional.
