I live in CA and set up a business in FL and another in NV.
One ended up as a sole proprietorship (NV) and the other is listed as a partnership (FL).
We spent no money on the projects and we did not receive any income for services.
Both were dormant the entire year.
Trying to figure out how to disclose all this on my turbo tax submission.
