Do I need to file 1099 for attorney expense on my LLC

my LLC was set up in Ohio, the expense was given to an attorney firm in Ohio.  Do I need to file 1099 for attorney expense incurred in Ohio?

Yes, if you made payments of more than $600 to the attorney in the course of your business, you must issue the 1099-MISC and report to the IRS.
