Do i list my house as a business asset if my home office is my principle place of business?

No, you don't list your home as a Business Asset for depreciation. Instead, complete the Home Office Deduction section, where you will include much of the same information on your home. TurboTax will calculate the business deductions (including depreciation) that apply to your home office situation.
