Do I include the $600 stimulus that was distributed earlier this month when it asks "did you get a stimulus payment?"?

Yes, you have to report receiving the $600 stimulus payment you received on your 2020 federal tax return.  It is entered in the second box on the Stimulus question page in Federal Review.
