Do I have to send anything to the IRS after doing 1099-NEC's? And if so, can they be e-filed? I have an S-Corp with 3 independent contractors.

Did you use the Online Quick Employer Forms?  If you efile you don’t need to send anything to the IRS.   See Quick Employer Forms FAQs
