Country choose button not working

There is a country selection button on the review screen, but it doesnot work. This issue is not related to being a foreigner or having an American credit card. The button simply does not function. I cannot reach anyone authorized to help. Because the button doesnot work, I cannot complete my tax refund application, which is just a few steps away from being finalized. There is a software error. Ihave been waiting for it to be fixed for almost a week. I opened a thread in the community regarding the issue, but no response has come. Dozens of users experiencing the same problem have opened similar threads. Irrelevant expert solutions have been suggested under those threads. The issue is directly a software bug; the button doesnt work and doesnt accept input. Ive been trying repeatedly with different browsers, different internet providers, and different devices for days, but there is no solution. Could you please assist and resolve this issue?
