Also, your personal information was visible in this public forum for quite a bit. So if someone calls you claiming to be from TurboTax, THEY ARE LYING TO YOU!. TurboTax will never call you unexpectedly. Not ever.

Hey @TurboTaxScott is telephone support still doing that "schedule a callback" thing this year? I assume so, as that's why I added the word "unexpectedly" to my response on this thread.
