Can't seem to figure out WHERE to put cost of registration for my car

I've got Turbo Tax for Home and my small business.  I use my car for both my business and personal - I keep meticulous records to record mileage for work and mileage for personal.  I've already entered mileage data in Turbo Tax.      However, I do not know where to put the cost of registration of this car.

Is it somewhere in the business area?   Is it somewhere in the personal area?

You will get to a screen that tells you your standard mileage deduction.

If you want to report your vehicle registration fee, you must select the radio button for

"Yes, I'd like to see if my actual expenses give me a bigger deduction"

The next screen is where you enter the registration fee.

  • If you are using actual expenses for your business vehicle deduction, it will go in that area. The program will calculate the percentages based on miles and insert them on sch A and C.
  • If you are using standard deduction, then you will want to enter the full amount into your schedule A .
    1. Go to Deductions and Credits tab.
    2. Scroll down to Cars and Other Things You Own

This is where I'm navigating - and I don't see a place to enter the cost of registering my vehicle.
