Can Line 27 on a Qual. Divs. & Cap. Gains Tax Work-sheet go to Form 1040, line 11(a) when the 1040 Line 11(a) has data on it from the entry lines just above it?

The 2019 Qualified Dividends and Capital Gains Worksheet in the TurboTax program is not correct for Line 27.  The amount from Line 27 of the worksheet should flow to Form 1040 Line 12a, NOT Line 11a.

There will be multiple updates to the 2019 software before it can be used to file a 2019 tax return in January of 2020.
