Can I submit my without "Business code" for form 3514. My K1 has no such information.

I'm getting the warning "Form 3514: Business code must be entered." for my California state taxes.
I did not receive any form 3514. But looks like TurboTax filled it from the Scheduled-K1 information that I entered. My Scheduled-K1 (Form 1065) does not contain this information.

@RAR90 , sometimes people use a dummy code like 99999 for unknown code -- it usually satisfies the softare checks
