Can I remove a "General Business Credit Worksheet" since I don't know what it is?

Yes; you can delete it (Form 3800) if you are not taking the credit.   And when I say ''the credit'', I mean any of the 30+ credits that form reports.

Form 3800 is used to calculate the General Business Credit, which is a combination of over 30 component tax credits that have their own eligibility requirements and rules.
