Can I leave Partner's identifying number in Schedule K1 Form 1065 (LLC) blank in TurboTax Business?

 (Some partners of LLC do not have SSN and will be submitting W-7 for the first time to apply for ITIN together with personal tax returns.)

No, TurboTax Business requires an entry in that field. You may enter "Applied For" instead of an identifying number. However, you will not be able to e-file the return; you will need to print, sign, & mail the business return.
