In TurboTax online, the form won't show unless TurboTax identifies a need to correct any information on it. However, when you start the final review process, there is an option before E-filing to print/review your actual return - this option will be hyperlinked/bolded so keep a look out for it. That's how you'll be able to see the actual 1040 form and identify the 0 value lines.
