Can i file form IT-204-LL via turbo tax with my personal taxes? I have a single member LLC and this is my first year filing.

Form IT-204-LL is for paying your filing fee for a partnership, limited liability company and limited liability partnership in New York State. You cannot file this with your personal tax return. It is just for business tax returns.
