Can anyone tell me why I have the Educator Smrt Wks Ln B-sp form showing and I'm not a teacher

We are suddenly seeing this problem a lot and it’s been reported. Check back in a few days to give programers time to fix this. 

I’ve been trying to figure out what I’m doing incorrectly for days now. I guess it’s not me. 

Same issue trying to E-file this afternoon. You cannot E-file without fixing this. Tax return is for a 17 year old teenager. She is not a teacher. This form/worksheet shouldn't even be showing up/holding up the e-file process. When you go to Tools view there is no worksheet to remove from Federal or State...

So far - This is 2nd out of 4 family members tax returns not being able to be filed due to forms/processing issues with Turbotax this season... My main tax return I am told I should print/mail them in or wait until the 17th or 23rd of February when hopefully a fix is put in to correct form issues... 

Saw another comment that said if you imported a w-2 it could be that they checked box 14 and it needs to be fixed not sure exactly the details will post it as soon as I find it again

Same issue. Didnt import w2s but I did already pay my fees which is making me upset.

I saw this on another thread. Haven’t tried it yet. 

First Go to

1. Deductions & Credits
2. Scroll to Employment Expenses
3. Select Teacher (Educator) Expenses
4. Continue through the interview and be sure nothing was posted.

Then try to delete the record by selecting the Trash Can on the right side of the record.  If this doesn't work, you can follow these steps.

1. On the menu bar on the left that shows.
   1. My Info
   2. Federal
   3. State
   4. Review
   5. File
2. Select Tax Tools
3. On the drop-down select Tools
4. On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form
5. This will give you all of the forms in your return
6. Scroll down to the form you want to delete
7. Select the Form Educator Smrt Wks LnB-SP
8. Click on Delete.
9. Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences.
