CA Form 3514 asking business code stopping me from filing

I think there is a glitch in the program - my federal K-1 has a loss in Box 1 of $400 which is prompting this form CA 3514, but on my California K-1 Box 1 is adjusted to zero. Therefore I should not have this form.  It needs to look at the adjusted CA K-1 not the federal. I have done this same process for 8 years and this form has not come up. Why is the California form not looking at the CA K-1.

I also tried deleting the form per the reply ThomasM125 sent me by choosing the Tax Tools option on your left menu. I can’t see anything labeled like that as I have an Apple iMac.

help!
