Box 5 is more than box 16

has anyone experienced this before? If so, what did you include in your statement?

No one can see your screen or your tax return.  We do not know what "box 5" or what "box 16" you are referring to; there are a lot of boxes on the many, many, tax documents, forms and schedules.   Please be specific.
