The state Activity Worksheet is used to calculate state income/loss adjustments for the following federal forms:
- Federal Schedule C - Profit or Loss from Business
- Federal Schedule E - Rent and Royalty Income
- Federal Schedule F - Profit or Loss from Farming
- Federal Form 4835 - Farm Rental Income and Expenses
- Schedule K-1 Worksheet - Partnerships
- Schedule K-1 Worksheet - S Corporations
- Schedule K-1 Worksheet - Estates and Trusts
The activity description will be transferred from one of these federal forms into your state return. For instance, if this is coming from a Federal Schedule C, it will use the business description. Please check to see which types of income you have in your return and it should be one of the first questions in that section.
