501c3 non governmental - how to file without sharing individual info

I am the new ED of a nonprofit organization. My predecessor filed as a 501c3 nongovernmental and I believe he ended up just mailing the forms to IRS.

I would like to file the W2,W3 and 941 online for the organization. The e-filing application here on Intuit asks me for my personal data right away: like my DOB and SSN, which I do not want to share. How can I file as an organization, without registering as an individual? When I try, they automatically request my SSN, marital status, etc and it looks like TurboTax in only for business - for profit.

Thanks for your help!

Sorry, the IRS requires that the organization list a "responsible person."  There's a form you use to identify yourself as the new responsible party for the organization.

I'm not even sure if the Turbotax Business version can file form 990, I think it might not.  When I was a church treasurer, I filed the 941, W-2 and W-3 by myself online, and I used Quickbooks to track the church finances.  Churches don't file form 990 so I don't have any experience there.

That is correct; TurboTax Business does not support any of the Form 990 variants.
