1099-NEC first year didn't pay estimated taxes

This is my second year with all my income 1099-NEC. It is my first year filing as Individual after my divorce last year. I didn't file quarterly taxes because I forgot I would have to. I make so little that in the past, my ex-husband had enough withheld from his taxes (W2) that we still received a refund. TurboTax hasn't asked if I paid quarterly taxes and is showing me with a refund. I know I should be paying something since I didn't...what do I do to get TurboTax to see this?

I also don't know if I should do the Form 2210 and how to do it. Last year I filed jointly and the income numbers it asks for include my ex-husband's large salary. Would I do this form and just put my Net or Gross income from my 1099-NEC?

Thanks

You can go through the estimated taxes section to prepare payment vouchers for 2024.   Don't worry about Form 2210 if you don't have a penalty this year.   Use your estimates for your income this year to see if you need to make estimated payments for 2024.
