year 2023 paid 4868 by check, how do i add that to turbotax?

On April 15. 2024 I filed 4868 for 2023.  Paid by check.  In October 2024 I want to add that amount to turbotax file.  How do I do it?  All info I have found is not for this software version.

To enter the amount you paid with an extension (including state extension)  go to

Federal Taxes (or Personal for desktop H&B version)

Deductions and Credits

Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

Other Income Taxes - Click the Start or Update button

Next page second section Payments with Extension

Either Visit All or Click Start or Update by the extension you paid

in 2024;  these instructions don't work.  In  1040, deductions and credits there is no Other Income taxes.

I guessed by going to Estimated taxes paid,  the first choice.  Then:  Federal taxes (and state taxes) then AT the bottom:  Additional payments.  Entered the date I'll mail my extension.

== this is too much work for filing an extension with a check for the tax balance.  Once upon a time TT was helpful and when you filled out fornm 4868 or teh state extesion and you entered the amount paid it updated the taxes due automatically.  Instead in 2024 I had to google, search here, poke around, wasting time.  It could have been automated within TT, like I';m paying for...  :(
