Wondering why my return is taking so long (almost exactly 3 months) to come back to me!?

also i filed feb 5th..i got a letter in march saying it was bein reviewed

Only the IRS can answer that, but apparently it was selected for a manual review for some reason.

The IRS does not notify TT.
