Window TurboTax Download location for saving files.

I accidently setup TurboTax 2023 Download to put files for a specific return into a folder from 2022. 

 

I opened the 2023 individual file on Turbotax 2023 and saved it into 2023 Windows Folder.  I now have two individual files with the same name showing.  One is the 2023 individual return file in the 2022 Turbo Tax Folder.  The other is the 2023 individual file in the Turbo Tax 2023 file folders. 

 

Is it safe to remove the outdated 2023 individual file from the Turbotax 2022 Windows Folder?

I think it would be safe to remove the outdated file from the 2022 folder.  First, be sure that the other file has everything you need and functions properly..
