Will we still get our refund if we had to fax a 1095-A form after we filed our taxes? Or are we really going to have to wait 14 weeks now to get our return?

You will have to wait as you will not receive any applicable refund until the IRS fully processes your tax return.

but wait how long? With this virus and still trying to struggle to recoup from the hurricane last year so many are in need of the refund. Now the site is down and you can't speak to anyone. So it's going to take the full 14 weeks? TT and the IRS has really dropped the ball for us tax paying American this year

Turbo Tax will not know this information. You will have to speak to the IRS on the time frame.
