Will TurboTax refuse 2 put my income tax return on my Turbo card if my fees are not paid since I have not received my return from the IRS

Because I have not received my income tax return I received a notice from TurboTax saying that I owed the fee for filing my taxes will TurboTax delay posting my tax return for the fees not being paid

Once the refund is released any unpaid fees are automatically collected so the answer is NO. If the refund is delayed then follow the email instructions to get the debit delayed ... if you do not then your bank account could be overdrawn and a fee imposed.
