Will turbotax allow me to file my taxes for 2017 if i have already filed my taxes for 2018?

Unfortunately, you can no longer file your 2017 income tax return by E-File.  The time frame to file non-2018 returns has passed.  You can prepare your 2017 using TurboTax, however, you will have to mail it to the IRS.
