However, we are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the stimulus payments and how they will be distributed to TurboTax Card accounts. We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.

I would suspect that an " email from a real health advisor saying my stimulus payment may be on hold" is a scam. There is no reason why a "real health advisor" would have any information about your stimulus check.

If you received your federal tax refund by direct deposit on the Turbo Visa card then you will receive the stimulus payment by direct deposit on the Turbo Visa card.
If you received your federal tax refund by direct deposit into your bank account then you will receive the stimulus payment by direct deposit into the same account.
Well yes thank u I'm just wondering when that's the question they been saying people who file 2018 and 2019 get there's first if that's the case why havnt we already got ours first yet
