Will I get my stimulus money deposited on my turbo card?

We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding how anticipated economic impact payments will be distributed to these type of accounts.

If my return was taken by the irs but I had it set up for deposit on a turbo debit card will I get a stimulus check? Or will it go to my debt with the irs? I was unaware of the debt when I filed for 2019. It is not child support. So will I get stimulus money? How? Some got theirs why didnt I? Who gets it first? 

The only debt that the IRS is allowing as an offset for the stimulus payment is overdue child support.
