Will I get my full refund?

My federal taxes got approved but no deposit date. It shows a message that says it may be reduced. I already had my state taxes taken out so I’m not sure what I would owe. I never received a letter stating I owe anything other than the state taxes. Could this be an error and I get my full refund or will I get it taken out regardless?

Sorry--TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund.  We have no information, nor will the IRS share information with TT regarding offsets to your refund.  You have nothing to do but wait and see what the IRS does.  They will send you a letter of explanation if they also offset your refund.

NOTE: You can contact the IRS Treasury Offset Program Call Center at 1-800-304-3107 to ask if they have an offset for you on file. TurboTax would not have that information.
