Why would the IRS issue a refund for more than turbo tax calculated my refund to be? It appears the IRS issued the refund for the amount prior to the undestmd tax.

And there is no form 2210 with my turbo tax return

It seems that the IRS decided that you didn't have to pay the underestimated tax penalty. Good deal!
