Why won't TurboTax for 2019 allow electronic filing of amended return for 2019 tax year, as of late Feb 2021?

Using TurboTax the e-filing of 2019 tax returns, including amended returns, was closed after October 2020.

The 2019 amended tax return can only be printed and mailed.
