Why isn't my credit karma tax refund saying accepted if TurboTax information says that I am? Why isn't my advance loan accepted if my refund is accepted?

You will need to contact Credit Karma directly as it relates to refund updates on your Credit Karma account.  Call Credit Karma Support at 833-588-0232 and select option 3 for help.

As to the Refund Advance, the offer expires February 15, 2023, or until available funds have been exhausted, whichever comes first.  Offer and availability subject to change without further notice.
