Why is the State of California taking so long to accept my return? Anyone else seeing delays?

I e-filed with both Federal and State on the evening of 4/13. Federal accepted within minutes and I am still waiting on the State of California to accept. In the past, the State of California would follow in acceptance in either minutes or hours from when the Federal accepted. It's been over 24 hours now.

Anyone else seeing delays with the State of California? Thanks!

Though you may have seen an acceptance quickly at times, the typical turn around is 24-72hours for states, so you're still well within the window of "normal".  It does tend to take a little longer when volume is higher, such as just before the deadline.
