Once a return is filed with the Government, it is their property.  The Government will not provide us further information regarding your personal identifiable information, other than the fact they have received your return.

To see the status of your return, use the IRS tool Where's My Refund.  https://www.irs.gov/refunds

There are new regulations in play regarding some filing situations this tax year.

The PATH Act is one, and has resulted in e-filers whose return included Earned Income Credits or other Child Tax situations to be delayed from funds released until 02/15/17.

This affects a great many of our consumers, and should not alarm them.

If this helped you, please up-vote this answer so I know you were taken care of 100%.  If we need to work together further to get it resolved, please comment...we'll get it taken care of together.

I'm here to help.

I've had to deal with waiting on the IRS at times when their site didn't provide timely information, I know how frustrating that can be.

If there's ever anything I can do to help you in the future and I'm available, please feel free to reach out.
