Why is my taxes still pending I had a date to receive them the 8th n still saying pending why?

This is my first time using turbo tax I have never had a problem like this before

Turborax's date is an estimate based on 21 days that the IRS claims is the average. Actual refunds can be sooner or later. Only the IRS can give you a reason. Turbotax receives no information about the status of the refund.
