Why irs keeep sending me the same letter over and over again i get a letter every 5 days....saying the same.thing my return is been under review

No sorry from February 4 ,9,17,18,21,25,28 

And then march 2 and march 7

Is every letter dated with the same date?

No starts from februry 28 and then evry 5 days
