Sorry but Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to print out your return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. How to change from Mail to Efile https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5561257
I assume you mean tax return that you submit and not tax refund. Did you choose to efile your returns or print and mail them? If you chose to print and mail them, you must do that yourself. TurboTax doesn't do it for you.
If you chose to efile, what does it say at the TurboTax web site about the status? <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp">https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp</a>
If it was accepted, what does the IRS tracking web site say about the status: <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/refunds">https://www.irs.gov/refunds</a>
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
You can double check your efile status here <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/</a>
After you print and mail your return, it will take around 4 weeks for the status to show up on the IRS tracking web site.
