Why haven't the phone's been working for the past 2 weeks?

I've been waiting on my card for 3 weeks but no customer service available!?! Why???

We are sorry that we cannot offer more help from the user forum, but we cannot help with the prepaid Visa cards from the public user forum. The program is run by a Green Dot Bank.

TT does not issue or mail the cards; Green Dot does. Call the number listed above, and then select Option 1, then 2.
