Why haven’t I received my debit card

You should receive your Turbo Tax Prepaid Debit card in 5-10 days after you ordered it. 

If it has been longer than 10 business days, please click here to contact customer service. 

A card that was mailed out 3 weeks ago never made it to me and I had to request a new one. Every-time I call in the same messages says my card is at the post office waiting to be delivered. That same messages played for over a week? Why would my card not be delivered? And who do I call if this second card isn’t delivered? Who has knowledge and authority because mailing me a card over and over again is not going to solve my issue.
