Why haven’t I received my $500 advance?

Prolly won’t receive it until the irs opens and accept your taxes

The IRS will begin processing federal tax returns on January 27, 2020. Your tax return will need to be accepted by the IRS prior to a Refund Advance being issued. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information:
